NOMA; Time and Place in Nordic Cuisine, Rene Redzepi.

Comissioned by Phaidon to create map illustrations and hand drawn type for forth coming book of award winning restaurant NOMA.
The map shows the locations of the restaurants' suppliers and the journey Rene took to find them. I took inspiration from the natural landcape of the Nordic region and used collaged tree bark, native to each country to create the land.
